Returns and exchanges
Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can provide you with the correct return address.
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll cover the replacement at no cost to you. For lost packages, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please note, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges unless otherwise stated. If you need a different size, a new order will need to be placed at your own expense. Customers in Brazil have 7 days from receiving their item to request a return by contacting customer service with photos of the product. Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used or damaged.

How do I order a personalized product?
Simply email us at info@pawproudapparel.com with a clear photo of your pet, the text/logo you’d like, and the product type, size, and color (mugs are white only).
Can I see the design before it’s printed?
Yes! We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval. Once you confirm, we’ll move forward with production.
How long does it take to receive my custom product?
Processing and design usually take 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically take 5–10 business days.
Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Since custom products are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
